7 Super Easy Healthy Habits !!


What is something that takes considerable efforts yet has lasting effects on our body? The correct answer is a healthy habit. Everyone wants to have a healthy body but when it comes to working hard towards attaining a nice fit, we dont really know where to start from? A healthy lifestyle shows impending result not right after you practice it for one week; rather, it is an ongoing process that one needs to adapt in order to practice effortlessly..!!!!!


Enough with the introduction, lets jump into this blog to know about these 7 amazing healthy habits that everyone should definitely practice in their respective lives.


1) Eat Mindfully


Eat a combination of different foods, including fruit, vegetables, legumes, nuts and whole grains. Adults should eat at least five portions (400g) of fruit and vegetables per day. You can improve your intake of fruits and vegetables by always including veggies in your meal; eating fresh fruit and vegetables as snacks; eating a variety of fruits and vegetables; and eating them in season. Do not skip your meals.Make sure to have 3 meals a day in sufficient quantity. We tend to overeat one of meals while starving ourselves when it's time to have another meal,this is one of the most toxic dietary plans ever.And also always have a protein rich diet.

2) Stay hydrated

The most basic yet important habit that one needs to adapt. Besides, this one is as effortless as breathing, isnt it? Water does not only hydrate your skin but also flushes out the toxins off your body.Your brain is strongly influenced by your hydration status. Were always in a habit to drink water only when our mouth feels thirsty, this needs to be changed. Drink water after every short interval. Being well-hydrated also improves sleep quality, cognition, and mood. For some people, fewer than 8 glasses may be enough. Other people may need more than 8 glasses each day.

3) Exercise regularly and consistently


The amount of physical activity you need depends on your age group  but adults aged 18-64 years should do at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity throughout the week. Increase moderate-intensity physical activity to 300 minutes per week for additional health benefits. Most people struggle to stretch even for 5 min .In such cases you can always start with a simple 5 min workout to loosen up your body muscles. Later you can subsequently increase the pace of your exercise. Skipping is the best and the most result-oriented exercise. Doing skipping regularly makes you more flexible and it also has many health benefits. Do whatever exercise you like to do but keep one thing in mind “*Be Consistent”*

4) Have Enough Sleep


We already know the amount of sleep we should make sure to have every single night.
During our sleep our body gets a chance to repair itself while reviving it enough to work properly the following day. Sleeping for merely 3-5 hours isn't enough for your body to complete it's revival process. Hence make sure to get enough proper sleep.


5) Spend few time in warm sunlight


However, considering the current lifestyle, people arent getting even 30 minutes of sunrays in a day. Vitamin D3, which is present in sunrays, is very essential for your bone health. When your body is exposed to sunlight, it produces melanin which is a natural anti-depressant as well.


6) Connect to Mother EARTH

We're sure this one is new to you. In order words being connected to the ground is know as earthing. Earthing is a simple activity that requires you to sit down on a grass or on a dry mud flooring in order to eliminate the free radicals off your body. You would be surprised to know that success of free radicals in the body is one of the cancer-causing reasons . Nature has power to create miracles . So try to spend few hours from your busy schedule in nature to heal and refresh yourself .


7) Practice Meditation

                 Meditation is enjoying the inner world without the distractions of the outer world. Meditation is a famous self-care strategy that can be used to help succeed and lessen stress. Those who routinely practice meditation can expand their ability for forgiveness, connection with others, self-acknowledgment, and more. Meditation is just like sports, there are lots of different types of 'games' that may help will connect with your inner world and energize you to face the 'busy' world. Meditation will lead you to the greater purpose of your life so that you don't feel worthless anytime.
