1] Have an attitude of Gratitude 


    Every time you say a sincere ‘thank you’ to someone, it’s a form of gratitude.Feelings of gratitude don’t always come naturally, especially in times of strife or struggle. But an attitude of gratitude is something we can cultivate in our lives through practice and intention.A feeling of gratitude helps you appreciate the things you have rather than focusing on what you don’t. This isn’t to say that you shouldn’t be aspirational but it’s important to remember that the grass is always greener on the other side of the hill. If you can answer why you want something, you won’t struggle with how you’re going to achieve it. It’s easy to feel grateful when things are going our way and we have the best of the best, but it’s a lot harder to feel grateful when we’re not where we want to be, or we long for something we don’t yet have. It's so simple like 
    •be thankful to the person who cooked for you.
    •Be thankful for your teachers and mentors for their support and guidance
    •Being thankful for having a reason to smile every day.

A Grateful heart is a magnet for miracles...!!


2] Create a VISION board

When it comes to taking committed action to boost our mental health, were always looking for something that could also help in increasing our productivity. 

So what to do?

Creating a vision board helps us to plan the goals by setting across a target,a plan to achieve, deadlines associated with each of these tasks.Vision boards provide you with a daily visual reminder of your dreams and goals. Creating a vision board will force you to take accountability of your thoughts and actions.
                  The best thing about your vision board is that you can put whatever you want on it! The sky is not the limit. Your mind is. I highly encourage you guys to go above and beyond with your goals. Anything in this world can be yours if you put your mind to it. You only live one life so why not live it to the fullest?


3] Determine your triggers and Find an anticode

Suppose a person named X,has fever and he decides to visit a doctor.What do you think the doctor does? Does he give X any sort of medication without examining what kind of illness is troubling X ? You must have got the point by now. In order to find the cure for something,you actually need to decode that something.
For example : If you are weak in completing your tasks before deadlines , all you have to do is plan your activities in order to tell your mind you are going to do it in Time.

This is just one example you will easily find the antidotes to your problems.
